Welcome to Blossom Class!
We are made up of Years 1 and 2 and we learn and develop through a creative and hands on curriculum approach. Each half term Miss Cross chooses exciting topics based on the children’s interests to encourage them to flourish and grow and be the best they can be.

When you enter Blossoms Class, you will find an inspiring, nurturing environment full of exciting places with lots of active learning taking place to ignite curiosity and exploration. As our learning develops and progresses throughout the year, we will post all of the wonderful things that we get up to both indoors and outdoors! My name is Miss Cross and I am the Class 1 teacher here at St Marys Catholic Primary School. I am the subject lead for Art, Design Technology and PE. I love spending time outdoors and walking my dogs (Nelly, Tilly and Ruby) in the local countryside. I also love travelling, exploring new places, experiencing new cultures and trying lots of delicious food! Our teaching Assistant is Miss Salmon, who loves to travel and is a qualified teacher.
