PSHE at Our School: Life to the Full Plus

At our school, we are proud to deliver a comprehensive and values-based PSHE curriculum through Ten Ten Resources’ “Life to the Full Plus” programme. This award-winning Catholic resource supports the statutory Relationships, Sex and Health Education (RSHE) requirements while embedding broader PSHE themes in a way that is engaging, inclusive, and rooted in Christian values.

Life to the Full PlusWhat is Life to the Full Plus?

Life to the Full Plus is an enhanced PSHE and wellbeing programme that builds upon the core Life to the Full curriculum. It offers:

  • Fully integrated PSHE content across EYFS to Year 6.
  • Creative, media-rich resources including short videos and live-action dramas.
  • Spiral curriculum design that revisits key themes at age-appropriate levels.

Topics covered include:

  • Transitions.
  • Rights and Responsibilities.
  • Money and Careers.
  • Emotional regulation and wellbeing.
  • Online safety and digital resilience.

Ten Ten Resources

Classroom Shorts

Each unit is supported by Classroom Shorts, short, engaging videos (3–8 minutes) that reinforce learning and spark discussion.

These are accompanied by:

  • Easy-to-lead discussion questions.
  • Live-action dramas that follow relatable characters navigating real-life challenges.
  • Facilitation guides for each Key Stage to support deeper conversations.

Curriculum Structure

The programme is structured into modules and units across Key Stages, with sessions such as:

  • EYFS: “I Am Me”, “All the Feelings”, “Special People”.
  • KS1: “Feelings, Likes and Dislikes”, “Rules to Help Us”, “Communities We Live In”.
  • LKS2: “What is Puberty?”, “Rights and Responsibilities”, “Money Matters”.
  • UKS2: “Body Image”, “Cyberbullying”, “The World of Work”, “Coping with Change”.
